"Predator was painted as cover art for Ontario Out of Doors magazine. I found the supplied concept to be very interesting. The childs figure that is seen through the water at the top of the painting could be any one of us.

I remember as a youngster sitting on a dock with rod in hand dreaming of what might lurk below. How often I strained my eyes while trying to see what was under that dock. I don't think that I would have been prepared for this though!!"
